Attending your appointment by Video Call
To provide healthcare while adhering to COVID-19 social distancing patient's can attend a Video Call with their doctor. There is no need to create an account or download any software. For more information click here.
Walk-in Clinic
Every morning we have a walk-in clinic for existing patients of the practice. We understand that there are not always appointments available when you need one and the clinic provides our patients with the opportunity to see a doctor on the day that they need medical attention.
Appointments are 5 minutes only and are for one acute medical condition requiring treatment on that day. Clinic appointments are NOT for on-going problems or for filling out paperwork or reports. If you need longer than 5 minutes please book an appointment time.
How does the clinic work?
Patients take a numbered card on arrival and present to reception at 9:00am.
Doctors will call in patients according to their order of arrival. You cannot request to see a particular doctor.
Please note, medical emergencies and children are given preference and will be seen first.

Repeat Prescriptions and Referrals
Our doctors recommend a consultation for all scripts and referrals. Our Script Clinics are ideal for repeat scripts. If the script has never been issued before then you will need to book an appointment with a doctor.
If you have lost your script or referral, the doctor will decide if another can be issued without an appointment; an administration fee may be charged.
Please note that your doctor will not prescribe narcotic (Schedule 8) medications during the Script Clinic or the morning walk-in clinic ie, pain medication or valium. These scripts require a booked appointment with your regular GP.
Home Visits
Home visits can be requested where necessary.
